At Bioethanol-Fireplace.ae, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders above £99.
You can select from a range of trusted shipping providers, including DHL, UPS and Dachser. However, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier if the parcel exceeds the size limit for your chosen provider.
For most orders placed before 3 PM, we strive to ensure same-day dispatch.
Larger orders are often shipped on pallets.

Delivery Time
Normal lead time is 1-2 business days. We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you order a stocked item before 3 PM on a business day, we will usually ship it the same day.
Some fireplaces require pallet shipping, which may not always allow for same-day dispatch.
Non-Inventory Products
Many of our branded fireplaces are available in various configurations and are made to order. These products typically have a delivery time of 10-14 business days.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will automatically receive tracking details via email.
